●An election will start to elect a member of Hybrid Bank to form its first congress!
●Privilege1 - You will be able to have the highest honor and wealth in the field of crypto!
●Privilege2 - You will be able to participate in critical decisions for Hybrid Bank and bill can be exercised.
●Privilege 3 - Up to 800 million HBC Rewards will be paid differentially to the elected and elected party members!!

Voting method
●Users can exercise HBC as one voting right, and the HBC voting is automatically donated to the foundation. (donation=voting)
●Compensation for the elected : A total of 400 million HBCs will be compensated differentially depending on the percentage of votes they get from the donation vote.

7. Report a video of the elected message : Nov 6th
